At ClearMinds we understand the relationship between nutrition, exercise, hydration and mental clarity.  We work with schools, families and young people to educate and advise on the best means of facilitating clear thinking and long term physical and mental health.

There is no doubt that a healthy diet (and we are not talking the 'losing weight' diet here - we are talking wholesome, well balanced, fresh eating!) can impact on the ability for children to study effectively and think clearly and poor nutrition can even affect their behaviour on a day to day basis.  We work closely with fully qualified specialists in this area to provide support and education in the home and at school, making learning about good nutrition fun and thought-provoking and showing ways to weave a balanced diet into everyday, active lives.
